System description
The intelligent paper roll conveying system is mainly responsible for the transportation and management of the raw paper required on the corrugated production line. It is divided into the paper roll conveying part, the paper roll feeding part, and the paper roll transport part and paper roll discharge part. It consists of mechanical hardware and control software, which truly realizes intelligence, efficiency, it is very helpful to improve the overall speed of the whole corrugated line, and also reduces labor costs and intensity.
The system is an advanced one. The buyer only needs to be responsible for the pre-embedded parts, pipelines, air supply, communication cables and power cables. The supplier is responsible for designing the complete transportation system and providing the equipment system and control system, software systems, pneumatic systems, hydraulic systems, foundation pit cover production and guidance installation and training.

automatic labeling machine

Erp reads the weight data of through rs232 communication and prints the label by itself, or the data is fed back to the paper roll conveying management software. The labeling machine is connected, and the label of all the information of the paper roll is automatically printed and attached to the original paper;

Before returning the paper roll to the weighing board chain, the out-feeding control system is connected with the paper roll conveying management software. The software reads the information and weight of the original paper, then send to the automatic labeling system, and the label is attached to the round surface of the original paper, which realizes the unmanned and convenient data management. This labeling system can also prints the current weight of the paper roll and attaches the label to the paper roll, even if no conveying management software.
automatic control system
1.Adopts Siemens 1500 series PLC, which uses independent processing communication data and logic program to support high-speed counting, pulse transmission, DP bus, ethernet communication and other functions;
2. the main equipment of the system include: plc control cabinet, inverter cabinet, field control box, emergency stop button box, photoelectric switch, proximity switch, various control switches and signal lights and buzzer alarms.

1.In-feeding paper roll process:
The paper roll to be conveyed is placed on the automatic paper feeding platform according to the arrangement list, and the paper roll is smoothly fixed on the board chain conveyor through the automatic paper feeding platform and the pneumatic paper holder. After the original paper is conveyed through each of the turntable and transported to each conveyor lines, and automatically sent to appointed place of the Single facer according to signal. The operator controls and remove the paper roll from the chain line.
2.Out-feeding paper roll process
After the raw paper of the production line is taken off the shelf, it is sent to the six-plate chain conveyor line, and then the horizontal paper is transferred to the paper-back conveying line through the original paper turntable. When the original paper roll reaches the end-plate chain conveyor, the weighing system works and weighs. After the paper roll information is transferred to the original paper conveying management system, the new label is attached to the round surface of the paper roll. After the completion, the original paper is kicked out and stored in the storage area, which is convenient for holding.
