- OVERVIEW
AFG1226 automatic folder gluer is a bigger folder gluer for AFG series single station machine (not in line), which is designed to provide higher efficiency, higher reliability, lower cost, easier adjustment, operation and maintenance and easier assembling, etc. Consequently, it provides high cost-performance ratio and allows users to get actual automation of folder gluing, so that both the working efficiency and quality have been considerably improved. the machine is constructed with four sections,which are feeding, folding, power, squaring and stacking count section, it can process the size of cardboards as big as 1200x2600mm, as small as 260x740mm, with top speed 120m/min.

2.2 feeding section
Vacuum suction feeding and rear registers with adjustable height are adopted so that warping blanks can be fed more easily.

2.4 folding section
The 90 degree structure can improve the folding accuracy of thick blanks;

Creasing wheels can be fine-tuned in horizontal level (patent)
2.5 squaring section
The ordering can correct effectively fish-tailing, scissors gap ect
The blowings can smooth the falling of blank, improve machine working stability.
Falling count stacking, decrease friction of the printing boards with high reliability.
2.6 control system
High automation, all the adjustable parts can be set automatically

19) the connected binding machine capacity: min. 15 packages/min.
20) machine noise: when all the fan pumps are running , the max. can reach 80~85dB; if the air pump at stacking section, it can be 75-80dB (much related to using method and environment).
