Deatailed Description

Friction belt feeder:
Special system makes the feeding belt be adjusted individually and easily. Independent vibration motor system enhances the feeding quality. Feeding knife and flap on left and right can be adjusted up and down as one set with can shorten the changing time.

Sticking Tape Applicator

Sticking table use lengthen platform and deliver the products on conveyor belt. Separately adjust             the presser and sticking equipment. Double-sided tape part can    be adjustedfront/back         or left/right without turning off the machine.
 

This part just uses the roller construction with new calibration part. Keep one box side as the base and ensure the products in the same line when running.

It uses the stack collection structure design and the 2mm thickness belt(imported ) is soft enough to protect the products from pressing damage, and make sure their perfect quality
