Slotting unit    

    Pressure roller

    1. The upper and lower pressure roller shafts have a diameter of φ111mm, with surface grinding, hard chrome plating, and grinding.

Overall Performance

  1. The main transmission gear is made of 45# steel material and precision machined with T-teeth. It has a thickness of 50mm and features full gear drive.
  2. All transmission rollers are made of high-quality steel, plated with hard chrome, and surface ground.
  3. The wall panel is made of cast iron, processed by CNC machining center after internal stress relief treatment, with a thickness of 40mm.
  4. Painting process: The entire machine wall panel uses automotive paint, which is smooth and transparent. Before painting, the parts undergo rust removal-phosphating-painting-baking, which can make the paint rust-proof, hard on the surface, and more durable.
  5. The machine comes with a warning bell; it continuously rings during movement to ensure the safety of operators.
  6. Emergency stop switches are installed in each unit, which can stop the movement of each unit from within to ensure the safety of internal operators.
  7. A lubricating oil automatic balance device is installed to keep the lubricating oil of each unit on the same level.
