    Pressure roller

1. 1. The upper and lower pressure roller shafts have a diameter of φ111mm, with surface grinding, hard chrome plating, and grinding.

Overall Performance

1. The main transmission gear is made of 45# steel material and precision machined with T-teeth. It has a thickness of 50mm and features full gear drive.

4. Painting process: The entire machine wall panel uses automotive paint, which is smooth and transparent. Before painting, the parts undergo rust removal-phosphating-painting-baking, which can make the paint rust-proof, hard on the surface, and more durable.
5. The machine comes with a warning bell; it continuously rings during movement to ensure the safety of operators.
