Robot Gripper

The manipulator adopts Japan's Kawasaki 180 high-speed special palletizing manipulator;
The fixture is clamped by a splint, driven by a servo motor, and the stroke range is 260~1360mm;
Robot grippers grab one or two products at a time;
The base of the robot is made of 30mm high-strength steel plate and fast fixing method.
    No need to dig foundations or re-concrete;
 

 
3D vision automatic recognition system

The 3D vision automatic recognition system can automatically identify the length, width and height of the carton, and the system can automatically generate the stamp shape. The entire line can complete one-key machine adjustment according to the stamp size in the slowest 8 seconds. No human intervention is required.

 
Product positioning clamping mechanism

The product positioning and clamping mechanism is composed of multiple mechanisms to realize product positioning and assist the robot to clamp products faster;
Width size adjustment and product front-to-back distance in product positioning and clamping mechanism
    Positioning, controlled by a servo motor, can improve positioning accuracy and work efficiency;

Layout of Auto Strapping & Wrapping line

Brief Introduction
The Automatic Pallet Strapping & Wrapping line mainly consists of  Automatic Key threading Strapping machine, Automatic rocker arm Wrapping machine, Roller conveyor system and Rotator table,etc. This line is applicable to pack the goods on pallet in PP or PET belt("#" 4 belts, or "//" 2 belts). After Strapping, then move to Rock arm Wrapper machine, to finish the wrapping procedure of goods in PE film. Finally, the goods on pallet was took away by forklift, and load on to truck, then deliver to the user smoothly.

Feature
1), The full-automatic type is applicable to the overall packaging of pallets. PP or PET belts can be used to realize unmanned packaging.
2), The rocker arm Wrapping machine is mainly applicable to the lighter & higher & unstable products or heavier goods after stacking. Online equipment can also be used to complete the whole process of goods sensing, packaging, centering, transportation, etc automatically.
3), The conveying mechanism can adopt different forms such as roller, belt, chain plate, etc.
