SYSTEM FUNCTIONS:Full-line synchronization, bridge accumulation control, paper change and auto
splicing control, automatic order change control, order management, production statistics reports, central LED display, residual paper roll control and glue volume control(optional).
 

1. Synchronization control

Installation Instructions

 

1. After PMS arrive at the customer's factory, it need to understand the on-site machines (which can improve installation efficiency) and understand the previous functions of each machine.
2. Communicate with the production manager in advance, (1) prepare the office server (new computer: xp or windows7 systems, the windows7 system must be 32-bit), (2) if the customer needs to print labels, prepare a printer; (3) arrive at the office The network of cadres, (4) the power supply for production and management.
3. First, connect the meter measurement wheels of each machine, the sensors of the Dry end, the Dry end agreement, and the office schedule to avoid affecting customer production
4. When the equipment is in production, the accessories to be installed should be prepared.
